1. Prepare the Potatoes
Boil the potatoes until they are cooked through. Allow them to cool, then peel and dice them into small cubes.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, tamarind chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped onion, and tomato. Mix well.
3. Season the Mixture
Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix again until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Serve
Transfer the aloo chaat to a serving dish. Top it with sev for added crunch. Garnish with extra coriander leaves if desired.
