Directions
Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Marinate the Fish
Place the petite sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Baking Dish
In a baking dish, arrange the cherry tomatoes and capers. Place the marinated sea bass fillets on top of the tomatoes.
Bake the Fish
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
