Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Beef Tongue

In a large pot, add the beef tongue and cover it with water. Season with salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2-3 hours until the tongue is tender.

2

Slice the Tongue

Remove the tongue from the pot and allow it to cool slightly. Peel off the tough outer skin and slice the tongue thinly.

3

Prepare the Sliders

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced tongue and season with black pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until heated through.

4

Assemble the Sliders

On each slider bun, layer the sautéed beef tongue, a slice of provolone cheese, and a few pepperoncini peppers. Drizzle some demi-glace on top.

5

Serve

Close the slider with the top bun and serve immediately.
