Preparation of Wagyu Beef
- 1
Cook the Wagyu Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the Prime Grade American Wagyu Beef for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
Coleslaw Preparation
- 2
Prepare the Coleslaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well blended. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and toss until the vegetables are evenly coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Assembling the Sub
- 3
Assemble the Sub
Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise. Spread Russian dressing on the bottom half of each roll, followed by a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer the sliced Wagyu beef on top of the dressing, then add a generous scoop of the prepared coleslaw. Top each sub with 1 slice of provolone cheese. Close the sub rolls and press gently to secure.
