Slow-Roasting the Wagyu
Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Season the American Wagyu beef with salt and pepper to taste. Place it in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Start with one slice of club sandwich bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on top. Layer with lettuce, followed by the sliced slow-roasted Wagyu beef, hand-pulled turkey, and 2 slices of provolone cheese. Top with crispy bacon, sliced tomatoes, and onions. Add another slice of bread, spread with mayonnaise, and finish with more lettuce. Top with the final slice of bread.
