1. Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Cheese Sauce
In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.
3. Add Cheese and Seasoning
Remove the pot from heat and stir in the shredded white cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
4. Combine Pasta and Add Proteins
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. Gently fold in the diced Kobe beef, shredded crab meat, and chopped lobster meat until evenly distributed.
5. Bake (optional)
If using breadcrumbs, transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
6. Serve
