Wontons

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground Wagyu beef, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2

Assemble the Wontons

Take a wonton wrapper and place a small spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat until all the filling is used.

3

Braised Cooking

In a large pot, bring water to a gentle simmer. Place the wontons in the pot and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.

4

Make the Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together the truffle oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

5

Serve

Remove the wontons from the pot and serve them drizzled with the truffle-soy vinaigrette.
