Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Hang 10 Sauce

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and chopped cilantro. Mix until smooth and set aside.

2

Cook the Onions

Slice the onion into rings and grill or sauté in a pan until caramelized and golden brown. Set aside.

3

Form the Patties

Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and gently form into patties. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

4

Cook the Burgers

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and smash them down with a spatula to create a crispy crust. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

5

Assemble the Burgers

Toast the Hawaiian buns lightly. Spread a generous amount of Hang 10 sauce on the bottom bun, place the cheeseburger patty on top, followed by grilled onions and kimchi pickled cucumber. Top with the other half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the Hang Ten Burgers immediately with your choice of sides.
