Using a tablespoon, measure 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds and set aside.

In a kettle, bring 1 cup of fresh water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat.

In a coffee maker or French press, add the measured coffee grounds. Pour the boiling water over the coffee grounds, ensuring all grounds are saturated.

Allow the coffee to steep for about 4-5 minutes for optimal flavor extraction.

If using a French press, press down the plunger to separate the grounds from the liquid. If using a drip coffee maker, this step is not necessary.

Strain Coffee

If desired, add milk, sugar, and cinnamon to taste. Stir well.

Collect all the ingredients required for making fresh orange juice, including fresh oranges, sugar, cold water, ice cubes (if desired), and mint leaves (if desired).

Thoroughly wash the fresh oranges under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides, then dry them with a clean towel.

Slice each orange in half horizontally using a sharp knife.

Using a citrus juicer or a manual juicer, extract the juice from each half of the oranges into a bowl or measuring cup. Ensure you capture as much juice as possible.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Flip occasionally for even cooking. Once done, place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove the tough stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Use a whisk to blend all the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

Pour the Caesar dressing over the romaine lettuce and croutons in the salad bowl.

Gently toss the salad until all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.

Gather all the ingredients. If using fresh vegetables or meats, chop them into small, uniform pieces for even cooking.

In a medium bowl, crack the 3 eggs and beat them with a whisk or fork until well combined. Add in the salt and pepper, mixing until fully incorporated.

Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, tilting the pan slightly to ensure the eggs spread evenly. Allow the eggs to cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to set.

Once the edges are set, sprinkle your choice of fillings (cheese, vegetables, and/or meats) evenly over one half of the omelette.

Using a spatula, carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filled side. Let it cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Prepare the Water

Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of grits and 1 teaspoon of salt, stirring constantly to prevent clumping.

Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the grits are thick and creamy.

Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of butter and, if using, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and incorporated.

In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter over medium heat.

Crack 2 eggs into the skillet. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top. Cook to your desired level of doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.), about 2-4 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Mix Wet Ingredients

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or a little butter.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the skillet and keep warm in a low oven while you cook the remaining pancakes. Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruits if desired.
