Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice. Shake well until chilled.
Prepare the Glass
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, and top with tonic water.
Garnish
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lemon wheel.

Prepare the Cucumbers
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
Assemble the Appetizers
Spread a layer of cream cheese on each cucumber slice, top with a piece of smoked salmon, and add capers and fresh dill. Season with black pepper.
