Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash the strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them in half. Set aside the blueberries and prepared strawberries.

  2. 2

    Citrus Preparation

Slice the orange and lemon into thin rounds. Remove any seeds you may encounter.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Mint

Rinse the mint leaves under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

Brewing the Tea

  1. 4

    Boil the Water

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. 5

    Steep the Tea

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat. Add the black tea bags and cover the saucepan. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.

  3. 6

    Sweeten the Tea

After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar until dissolved.

In a large pitcher, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, orange rounds, lemon rounds, and mint leaves.
