Method

Prepare Sauce

  1. 1

    Sauté Garlic

In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add Tomatoes

Stir in crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Bring to a simmer.

  3. 3

    Simmer Sauce

Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Cook Meats

  1. 4

    Prepare Italian Sausage

In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  2. 5

    Cook Bacon

In the same skillet, add the diced applewood smoked bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 6

    Prepare Other Meats

Cut the prosciutto, pepperoni, and ham into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble Pizza

  1. 7

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

  2. 8

    Spread Sauce

Spread a generous layer of the prepared red sauce onto your pizza crust.

  3. 9

    Add Meats

Evenly distribute the cooked Italian sausage, crispy bacon, diced prosciutto, pepperoni, and ham over the sauce.

  4. 10

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the meats.

  5. 11

    Bake Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. 12

    Garnish

Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top, slice, and serve hot.
