Tea Preparation
- 1
Prepare Tea Leaves
Start by measuring out the tea leaves according to your selection. Use 2 cups of green tea, 2 cups of black tea, 1 cup of herbal tea, 1 cup of oolong tea, and 1 cup of white tea.

Heat Water
Bring water to a boil in a kettle. For black and oolong tea, use boiling water. For green and white tea, let the water cool for a minute after boiling to about 175°F (80°C).

Steep the Tea
Place the selected tea leaves into a tea infuser or teapot. Pour the hot water over the leaves and let them steep for the recommended time: 3-5 minutes for green tea, 4-6 minutes for black tea, 5-7 minutes for oolong tea, and 6-8 minutes for white tea.
