1. Mix the Base Ingredients
In a large mixing glass or cocktail shaker, add the Absolut Vodka, Aperol, Apricot Liqueur, and Peach Liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice.
2. Shake and Strain
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled. Strain the mixture into a large wine glass or spritz glass filled with ice.
3. Top with Sparkling Wine
Carefully pour the Gambino Cuvee over the mixture in the glass. Allow it to mix gently.
Garnishing
4. Add Fresh Garnishes
Garnish the drink with fresh peach slices, mint leaves, and an orange wheel on the rim of the glass.
5. Serve
