Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly, remove any wilted leaves, and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Tomatoes and Onions
Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion. Add both to the bowl with the romaine.

Incorporate Olives and Feta
Pit and slice the Kalamata olives, then add them to the salad bowl along with crumbled feta cheese.
Crostini Preparation

Slice the Baguette
Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast the Crostini
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush both sides lightly with olive oil, and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crisp.
