Take a chilled martini glass and rim it with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into the graham cracker crumbs to create a crust-like finish.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Rush Creek Vodka, Coconut Rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, cream of coconut, and ice.

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients thoroughly.

Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass, taking care not to disturb the graham cracker rim.
