Method
Preparing the Salmon

Soak the Cedar Plank
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour before grilling to prevent it from burning.

Season the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel. Season the top side with black Hawaiian sea salt.
Making the Herb Butter

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, dill, parsley, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined.

Spread on Salmon
Spread a generous layer of the herb butter over the seasoned side of the salmon.
Cooking the Citrus Rice

Prepare the Rice
In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil. Add the rice, orange zest, lemon zest, and salt.

Cook the Rice
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and keep warm.

Grill the Vegetables
While the salmon is cooking, toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them in a grill basket or on skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.

Plate the Dish
Serve the grilled salmon on a bed of citrus rice with the grilled farm vegetables on the side. Enjoy!
