Cauliflower Bites Preparation

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure the cauliflower gets crispy.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well until smooth.

Coat Cauliflower
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.

Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
