Beef Patty

Toppings

Truffle Aioli

Method

Truffle Aioli Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Truffle Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, truffle oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Set aside.

Bacon Preparation

  1. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

Beef Patty Preparation

  1. 3

Form and Cook the Beef Patty

In a bowl, mix the grass-fed beef with salt and black pepper. Form it into a patty. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place the gruyere cheese slices on top of the patty to melt.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the brioche buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster. Spread a generous amount of truffle aioli on the bottom bun. Place the cooked beef patty with melted gruyere on top, followed by the crispy bacon. Top with the other half of the brioche bun. Serve immediately.
