Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Four Roses Bourbon, Amaretto, egg white, fresh lemon juice, and granulated sugar.

Dry Shake
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds without ice to emulsify the egg white.

Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top and garnish with an Amarena cherry.
