Directions
Prepare the Blueberry Infusion
In a small saucepan, combine the fresh blueberries and water. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the blueberries to release their flavor.
Strain the Mixture
Once the blueberries have softened and the water is fragrant, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a heatproof pitcher or teapot, pressing down on the blueberries to extract as much liquid as possible.
Add Spirits and Sweetener
To the strained blueberry tea, add the Amaretto, Grand Marnier, honey, and orange juice. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
Serve Hot
Pour the warm blueberry tea into mugs, adding a strip of orange peel to each for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your warm beverage!
