Preparing the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Assembling the Sandwich

Prepare the Buns
Lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Add Cheese
Place a slice of Colby Jack cheese on each grilled chicken breast while still warm to allow it to melt slightly.

Build the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each brioche bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the sliced grilled chicken with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and a generous drizzle of peppery ranch dressing. Top with a handful of potato chips for crunch and finish with the top half of the bun.
