Making the White Sauce

Add Flour
Whisk in the all-purpose flour until smooth and cook for about 1-2 minutes until it turns a light golden color.

Cooking the Steak and Vegetables

Prepare the Steak
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Assembling the Philly Steak and Cheese

Prepare the Rolls
Slice the sub rolls in half lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.

Add the Filling
Fill each sub roll with the steak and vegetable mixture. Pour the white sauce over the filling generously.

Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the provolone and cheddar cheese blend on top of the filling.

Melt the Cheese
Place the assembled sandwiches in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
