Base Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure even cooking of the fries.

  2. 2

    Prepare Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Cooking Fries

  1. 3

    Bake the Fries

Spread the frozen French fries evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  2. 4

    Season the Fries

Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to distribute the seasonings evenly.

Serving

  1. 5

    Add Toppings

Top the seasoned fries with shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon bits. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  2. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the fries from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with a side of sour cream for dipping.
