Chia Pudding

Method

Chia Pudding Preparation

  1. 1

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Mix Well

Stir the mixture well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped together.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and turns into a pudding-like consistency.

Toppings Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare Berries

Wash the mixed fresh berries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 5

    Prepare Granola

If using store-bought granola, measure out 1 cup. If making house-made granola, prepare it according to your preferred recipe.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 6

    Serve the Pudding

Once the chia pudding has set, remove it from the refrigerator and give it a good stir.

  2. 7

    Add Toppings

Divide the chia pudding into serving bowls, then top with the fresh berries and a generous sprinkle of gluten-free granola.

  3. 8

    Enjoy

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Berry & Chia Pudding!
