In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Stir the mixture well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped together.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and turns into a pudding-like consistency.
