Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Add Oil
Drizzle the oil over the wings and toss again to ensure all wings are coated with oil.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
- 5
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through until they are crispy and golden brown.

Toss in Sauce (Optional)
If you prefer your wings tossed in sauce, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Add your choice of sauce and toss until well coated.
- 7
