Method
Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half if they're large.
Roasting
Season and Roast
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, stirring halfway through.
Glaze Preparation
Make the Balsamic Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.
Finishing Touches
Glaze the Brussels Sprouts
Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and drizzle the balsamic glaze over them. Toss to combine.
Serve
Transfer the glazed Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
