Preparation of Tomato Mixture
1. Chop the Tomatoes
Dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.
3. Prepare Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixing bowl.
4. Season the Mixture
Pour in the olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir the mixture well to combine all ingredients.
5. Let it Marinate
Allow the tomato mixture to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
Preparation of Balsamic Glaze

Grilling the Bread
