Chicken and Toppings

Method

Preparation and Cooking

1

Prepare the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.

2

Bake the Chicken

Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

3

Prepare the Toppings

While the chicken is baking, prepare the toppings. In a separate bowl, mix the Dijon mustard with a little water (if desired) to loosen it up.

4

Assemble the Dish

Once the chicken is done, place it on a serving plate. Top with onion rings and a generous drizzle of Dijon mustard. Serve alongside a bed of mache.
