Preparation

1

Prepare the Coffee Mixture

Brew a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool. Mix the coffee with milk in a shallow dish.

2

Make the Mascarpone Mixture

In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3

Assemble the Tiramisu

Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee mixture, then layer them in a serving dish. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Add a layer of fresh raspberries. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.

4

Chill and Serve

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and sprinkle grated dark chocolate.
