1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare Vegetables
In a large mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, grated turnips, chopped parsley, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
3. Mix Ingredients
Add ground duck meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to the vegetable mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
4. Form the Meatloaf
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
5. Drizzle Olive Oil
Drizzle olive oil over the top of the meatloaf for added moisture.
6. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
7. Rest and Serve
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
