Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Season the Sprouts

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Roast

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese (Optional)

If desired, sprinkle the roasted Brussels sprouts with Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your crispy balsamic Brussels sprouts!
