Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Cook the Bacon
While the chicken is grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Melt the Cheese
Once the chicken is cooked, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Close the grill lid and let the cheese melt for about 1-2 minutes.
- 5
Prepare the Buns
Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- 6
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with lettuce, grilled chicken with melted Swiss cheese, crispy bacon, and sliced tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 7
