Method

Preparing the Dip

  1. 1

    Sauté Spinach

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Mix Dip Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Add Artichokes and Spinach

Chop the artichoke hearts and fold them into the cream cheese mixture along with the sautéed spinach. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly on the edges.

Serving the Dip

  1. 5

    Prepare Serving Items

While the dip is baking, prepare your serving items. Arrange tortilla chips, grilled flatbread, and pico de gallo on a large serving platter.

  2. 6

    Serve and Enjoy

Once the dip is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips, grilled flatbread, and pico de gallo on the side.
