Preparation of Salad Base

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Vegetables
Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber. Add them to the bowl with the romaine.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dressing and adjust the salt and pepper if needed. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
Making the Croutons

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the bread is evenly coated.

Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy, stirring halfway through.

Once the croutons are done, add them to the salad bowl with the romaine and vegetables.
