Method
For the Buffalo Gap Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 2
Smoke the Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings in the smoker and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the smoker.
- 3
Coat with Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the smoked wings with the Sweet & Spicy sauce until they are fully coated.
For the Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 4
Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
- 5
Chill the Dressing
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
