Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill (you can use a grilling basket if desired). Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are done grilling, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables on a plate.
