Preparation

Prepare the Burger Patty

1. Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

2. Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties about 3/4 inch thick.

3. Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
