Method
Preparing the Cauliflower
Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Prepare the cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Season the cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until well coated.
Bake the cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Coat with buffalo sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
Making the Ranch Dressing
Combine ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Add chives (optional)
If desired, fold in fresh chives for added flavor.
Chill the dressing
Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serving
Plate the buffalo cauliflower
Serve the crispy buffalo cauliflower hot, alongside a small bowl of ranch dressing for dipping.
