Breading and Frying

Bread the Curds
Take a cheese curd and coat it in the flour, shaking off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Repeat this process for all cheese curds.

Fry the Curds
Carefully add the breaded cheese curds to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Serve
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried cheese curds from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
