Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Lamb

In a bowl, combine the Moscato wine, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Place the frenched rack of lamb in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  3. 3

    Grill the Lamb

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the lamb on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once the lamb is grilled to your liking, remove it from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Slice between the bones to serve. Plate with the roasted potatoes and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
