Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
Add crushed tomatoes, red wine, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Salad

Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
