Marinated Lamb Chops

Marinating the Lamb Chops

Place the lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chops. Make sure they are well coated.

Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.
Cooking the Lamb Chops

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Once cooked, let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
Preparing the Bow-Tie Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bow-tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Add the sliced black olives to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Toss again before serving.
