    Prepare the Bone Marrow

    Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place the bone marrow pieces in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

    Roast the Bone Marrow

    Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is bubbling and slightly browned.

    Prepare the Toppings

    While the marrow is roasting, finely chop the red onion and fresh parsley. Mix together with the caperberries in a small bowl.

    Toast the Sourdough

    Slice the G&B sourdough loaf and toast it until golden and crispy.

    Serve

    Once the bone marrow is done, remove it from the oven. Serve the roasted marrow on the toasted sourdough, topped with the red onion and caperberry mixture.
