Prepare the Vegetables

Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes. Dice the onion and carrots, and mince the garlic.

Cook the Ground Beef

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Sauté the Vegetables

Add the onion, carrots, and garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

Add Broth and Seasonings

Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the thyme, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet. Cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
