Prepare the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth. Slowly add olive oil while whisking until combined.

Make the Honey Balsamic Drizzle
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Heat over low heat, stirring until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool slightly.

Chop the romaine lettuce and place in a large salad bowl. Add the Caesar dressing and toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.
