Brownie Ingredients
Method
Brownie Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Melt Butter and Mix Sugars
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Serve warm with hot fudge sauce and your choice of ice cream.
