Marinate the Pork Chops
In a large bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the pork loin chops and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.

Glaze with Marinade
In the last few minutes of cooking, brush the reserved marinade over the pork chops for extra flavor. Be sure to discard any marinade that has been in contact with raw meat.

Remove the pork chops from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
