Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork Chops

In a large bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the pork loin chops and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork Chops

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  3. 3

    Glaze with Marinade

In the last few minutes of cooking, brush the reserved marinade over the pork chops for extra flavor. Be sure to discard any marinade that has been in contact with raw meat.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the pork chops from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
