Preparation Steps
Marinate the Pork Belly
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the pork belly to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Cook the Pork Belly
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove the pork belly from the marinade and place it on a baking tray. Reserve the marinade. Roast the pork belly in the oven for about 1 hour, basting with the reserved marinade every 20 minutes.
Finish and Garnish
Once cooked, remove the pork belly from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces, then serve garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
