2. Marinate the Riblets
Add the pork riblets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
3. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, prepare for indirect grilling.
4. Grill the Riblets
Remove the riblets from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and place them on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade, until they are caramelized and cooked through.
